When we look at risk, we often consider the potential failure or “no’s” we might hear. The fear of rejection can leave us second guessing how prepared we are, dragging our feet until we feel like we are 100% prepared.

We do not wake up one day and all of a sudden have it all figured it out. There is no light switch to transition from childhood to adulthood; instead we live in a continual growth process that never ends.
